When exploring The End and loading new chunks with the airships, the vehicles disappeared as if they were destroyed causing the pilots and passengers to fall down without taking any damage. When rejoining the server they weren't in the ships anymore, causing them to frequently die in the void. It didn't matter if the passengers or pilots were the ones loading the chunks, as long as new chunks were being generated, some people who were piloting had their vehicles vanish.

We're running the Fabric version 0.6.2 in 1.19.2, with Fabric loader 0.14.22

While I was able to achieve my vehicle flickering by dashing into unloaded chunks, I never got ejected. Not even if I leave during that phase.

Do you have any other relevant performance mods, e.g. servercore with prevent_moving_into_unloaded_chunks enabled or something? Does it also happen if only aircraft is installed?

Hello everyone,

I wanted to contribute to the discussion regarding this disappearing aircraft mid-air issue. In our case, we’ve experienced this issue in the Overworld, and it didn’t seem directly related to new chunks being loaded.
As mentioned above, I decided to try removing Chunk Sending and Better Chunk Loading mods from the server.
After restarting the server with these mods removed, we haven't encountered the bug again so far. While it's still early to tell if this completely resolves the issue, the situation has improved for now.
