Possible Compatibility Issue with ProjectE-Integration and Immersive Engineering [-1.21.1-12.2.0-187] and above versions

Prerequisites
- I am running the latest version
- I have made sure there is no duplicate issue
Details
- MC Version: 1.21.1 (Neoforge 21.1.181)
- Mod Version: ProjectE_Integration-1.21.1-8.1.1
Description
EMC values of all items get deleted. Only happens when Immersive Engineering versions 187-191 (latest version) are installed (I went through each one)
Expected behavior
For EMC values to be correctly assigned.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Install ProjectE along with Project Expansion and ProjectE-Integration
- Install JEI
- Install any Immersive Engineering versions above version 12.1.1-186
- Launch
- Make a world in creative and you can see items have no EMC values.
