Substratum provides all the items you use in your mod as well. Since you're using oredict all you have to do is edit your dependencies. I tested this and it worked flawlessly.

I actually removed BM dependency the day after I released the mod, it's now entirely oreDict dependent, if any oreDict entry for a given recipe is missing, it falls back to the vanilla recipe.
