Its no secret that Thaumcraft 6 can be... a bit boring sometimes. For example, farming theory points is not really funny, and most of the time doesnt worth it. The main aim of addon is to make TC more interesting in terms of game progression and more rewarding in terms of difficulty.
Features:
- Increased armor stats, added vis-consuming buffs
- Golems can activate infusion matrix (owner must have appropriate researches of course)
- Arcane Workbench autocrafting
Arcane Crafter is an automatic version of Arcane Workbench. Just push items into it via hoppers (or whatever you want) and it will craft the result. Note that
1) One side of a crafter is marked by a slightly lighter color. This is where you input vis crystals.
2) You can insert Arcane Fillers manually into crafting grid to imitate empty slots.
3) You must have appropriate researches for your crafts.
4) Only Arcane Workbench recipes are supported. I dont want to steal other mods' jobs.
Before 0.3 Arcane Workbench had an autocrafting feature itself. Please do not use these old versions, they dont work.
- Runic shield can charge from player's inventory
- Rare earth's drop can be increased by Fortune
- Primal crusher mines 5*5
- Void siphon works faster and is actually useful
- Buffed band of curiosity and fortress masks
- More ways to obtain curiosities (killing taint seeds, golems, clearing warp)
- Infusion stones are more effective (and more expensive)
- Craft changes
- Pech trades are configurable
- Primordial nodes can be merged into pearls
- Smelteries can work with hoppers
- Pedestals output redstone signal via comparator if they hold an item (like chests do)
Everything can be configured.
Note: Since 0.3.3 this mod requires MixinBooter to start. In 0.3.2 and earlier your Thaumcraft file must have been called "Thaumcraft-1.12.2-6.1.BETA26.jar".
