Snow Golems naturally spawn in villages on ice biomes

As if they were built by the villagers. Half of the amount of Iron Golems.

OBS: Villages only naturally spawns in PLAINS or DESERT biomes! (What I was thinking...)

I'll keep this in case of player-made villages.
