Mod includes WINDOWS BINS of VLC 4 (x64 and ARM64) to give VLC 4 support without need to install VLC 4
If you have installed VLC 4 this mod no unwraps bins and uses instead installed VLC 4 (REQUIRES VLC4 INSTALLED).
Also wraps VLCJ, lavaplayer-fork, youtube-jextractor and mp3agic
If you are a modpack developer, this is a dependency mod (ONLY FOR CLIENT)

IMPORTANT
Mod no wraps bins from MAC and LINUX. but if you install VLC in these OS this mod can detect and use it.
