Expansion for Image support

As part of the video platform expansion for v3 development, Images will receive an expansion as well.

Formats to support:
- TIFF
- APNG (PNG++)
- GIF (Some compressions)
- WEBP
- ICO
- RAW
HEIF / HEIC is not even planned because fuck apple
