some people really wants have an option to upload videos and images on server
some mods do that on images but watermedia supports videos and of course users will expect also uploads videos

i don't want to overflow minecraft servers with tons of GB of media, so i decide to make a tool to help server admins have a secondary server for storage only, begin able to upload stuff there adding server in watermedia config.

watermedia will provide an API to upload and download files using UUID as names for it.
