You shouldn't really be downloading older versions, as all betas/alphas are bugged in some way, and older releases do not have as much content. Since this addition's entire purpose is to add more recipes, PLEASE USE THE LATEST RELEASE.
Cephelo's RLTweaks is an RLCraft Addition that adds many new crafting recipes, material uses, and even some blocks. Many useless items have been given a use via crafting and such. On top of this, it also adds some Quality of Life mods, such as Controlling, Corpse, Surge, etc.
There are four categories of new recipes that have been added:

Silting
Some items are part of a long crafting line, ending in the fabled Abysmal Silt; a very useful item!
Some items that can be silted:
-Thorax Tomes - Tomes crafted with numerous materials obtained from Myrmex and death worms
-Defiled Tomes - Tomes Crafted with numerous materials obtained from the Defiled Biomes
-Mystic Scales - Scales crafted with multiple stacks of scales from Ice and Fire
-Iridescent Apple Gems - Gemstones crafted with various mineral blocks and a stack of Enchanted Golden Apples
-Abyssal Runes - Runes crafted with a large amount of Lycanite charges and dungeon stones; there are a multitude of ways to obtain this item
-Neptunium
-Golden Book Wyrm Scales (now craftable)
-Nether Stars
-Spectral Silt
Miscellaneous
These recipes don't fit in the previous three categories; usually they use something made with many resources to create things that may be harder to obtain.
Some Items that can now be crafted or have acquired another recipe:
-Ender Dragon Scales, using the aforementioned Mystic Scales and Ender Queen Crowns. Important to note that you cannot craft these without obtaining ender dragon scales beforehand.
-Conjuring Altars, using numerous materials obtained from the Defiled Biomes and a nether star
-Glowing Powder, now craftable with pixie dust, blaze powder and glowstone dust
-Dragon Meals, which have add all of it's recipes unified, with some additions.
Some miscellaneous items that have been added:
-Black Shards - Crafted with Prismarine, clay, and ink sacs, used for the condensation and transformation of ice and fire scales, and is necessary for the creation of the Abyssal Rune.
-Fury Alloys - Crafted from minerals in the Defiled Biomes, can smelt 960 items.
-Bone Dust - Smelted from Serpent Fangs and Dragon Bones, used to transform iron into silver, along with a few other uses.
-Medium Backpacks - Crafted with 24 leather, 18 wool and a chest, works well if you need additional storage.
-Entropy Crown - ?????

There are a LOT more recipes than what is shown here, so install* the modpack to see what you're missing!
*RLTweaks does not contain RLCraft, and thus must be installed in the manner described below.
Installation instructions
1. Install RLTweaks.
2. Replace the scripts folder in RLCraft with the one provided in RLTweaks.
3. Take all the files in the RLTweaks mods folder and put them into RLCraft's mods folder.
4. Go into the RLTweaks resources folder. Place the folder titled "contenttweaker" into the RLCraft resources folder.
These steps must be followed exactly in order for this addition to function correctly.
These instructions only covers the latest version, as you shouldn't really be using older versions.
