they seem to rotate along with the camera

i have no clue whats happening or how.
usually i get this reaction when its a mod conflict lmao

remove all mods besides the required to use shaders and see if it stops.
if it stops -> one of your mods conflicts
if it does not stop -> give a screenshot with the in-game f3 overlay fully visible (it has no sensitive information), and what shader settings you may have changed.
