Reflective objects not reflecting the distant horizons LoDs

The normal render distance water (and other reflective objects) do not reflect the distant horizons LoDs, while the LoD water does. This leads to weird reflections like this:

Even though it is a bit covered by fog, you can still see that the reflection ends immediately where the normal render distance begins. The kelp is also causing some problems by covering the reflections even more.
