Can't disable Hand Held Light with FloodFill enabled

Steps to replicate:

  1. Set Ambient Light - FloodFill - Enabled to On.
  2. Set Ambient Light - Hand Held Light to Off.
  3. Hold any light source in hand (torch, lantern etc.).
