No fog when looking through glass

what version of bliss are you using? because i have fixed this on the latest in-development version. if it still happens on that, it is sodiums lack of translucent sorting causing it.

there is clearly fog behind the glass... it just doesnt match the other fog. the "bloomy fog" effect is probably making that way more obvious hm
theres a setting to adjust bloomy fog in shader settings -> fog settings -> bloomy fog
i also recommend turning off "render clouds as fog" because its broken and terrible but thats up to you
