Waving textures issue with VanillaEvolved texture pack

Describe the bug
Using the texturepack VanillaEvolved and newer versions of Bliss Shaders causes weird bugs with waving plant textures. For example grass, tall grass and wheat.
This does not happen when using the latest release available (2.0.4). I tried several versions of the git repo back to Feb this year, the issue still persists. Using a different texture pack solves the issue, or using a different shader with the same texture pack.

Describe how to reproduce the bug
I tried changing different settings from the Shader, however I was not able to remove the issue that way.
On the page of the texture pack on Modrinth there is a notice saying that issues with waving textures may arise, but since some shader packs and also earlier versions of this shader did not have a problem I think it might be able to remove the problem.
