Describe the bug

When you turn on Temporal Upscaling and have Fog Light Propagation "On" as well, the light will be extremely pixelated when looking at the sky through it.

  • What GPU vendor you are using: NVIDIA RTX 3070
  • What operating system you are using: Windows 11
  • What minecraft version you are playing: 1.21
  • If you are using a special client for minecraft: N/A
  • What shader loading mod you are using: Iris 1.7.3
  • What version of the shader you are using: Bliss In-Dev Version Commit #475
  • If you are using any, what additional mods you are using besides the ones required to use the shader: Many mods, but I believe the only one worth mentioning would be Distant Horizons

Describe how to reproduce the bug

  • Turn on "Temporal Upscaling" and set it to a number lower than 1.
  • Turn on "Floodfill"
  • Turn on "Fog Light Propagation"
  • Set Fog Samples to a low number.
  • At night time, put a torch on a high place and look at the sky through it.

if a specific shader setting can make it start/stop bugging, please list what shader setting does that.
Turning on "Render Clouds as Fog" and increasing the Fog Samples to ~16 mitigate this bug, however it decreases a lot of performance, defeating the pourpuse of using Temporal Upscaling.

alright, will check this out.
i already know temporal upscaling isnt the main cause of this, but how fog interacts with distant horizons.
