Outer end sky flashing

I am using better end mod, and the outer end islands sky does not work well.

my friend.... that's lightning flashing. it's intentional, but admittedly, unfinished.
the end is currently being redone.

nope. i plan to get it done by the next release on curseforge/modrinth. so stay tuned for that i guess.
