[PW] Velveteen Horse Coat Length

Please click 'files' and download BOTH Velveteen Light and Velveteen Dark.

They do not overwrite each other and they are visually different choices. One was made for light colored horses or in general to be a less extreme effect, and the other (Velveteen Dark) was made for very dark colored horses.

New 11/27:
Updated the original Velveteen made for dark colored horses to have a prettier face.

New: Added Velveteen Light in v2  if you want a less extreme coat overlay.

 
Velveteen Light:

Good for more slick looking gloss solids and by far all buckskins or lighter horses. Here is a dark bodied example next to its real life inspiration:

Probably my 𝓶𝓪𝓰𝓷𝓾𝓶 𝓸𝓹𝓾𝓼 of horse CC so far. (Edit: Darkest Bay is now my Magnum Opus.) This beauty right here -slaps it- is 100% compatible with any and all horse texture/shader replacer mods including my own. This is equipped in create a sim, and when you equip it to your horse (it does not use ANY slot) it will disable your default texture for that horse only and equip this one! How cool is that?? It overlays whatever color or stencils you have painted onto your horse, adding rich detail.

This mod was made as a strong background instrumental to play alongside your favorite stencils and CC.

The hooves are even texture swapped in this mod to be more realistic. While the default horse shoe shading/highlighting is removed, you still need a mod to remove the color of the horse shoe from the hoof swatch. I made this default replacer that does the trick.
