Adds Sommie from Fire Emblem Engage as a small dog costume.
I would recommend using Jochi's pet parts hiders to hide the tail.
They will look very weird in queue icons and in the Sim selector in the HUD, but he should look fine in game without much issues outside of the REALLY strange body shape.
