There are two versions of these saves: The MyWeddingStories vs NonMyWeddingStories with various other differences in CC, vamp locations, etc., but a pretty big difference is mentioned below.
The MWS version is the only version I'll ever update and is the most recent iteration.
Aside from the CC you could download with the sims you might have taken from my Twilight Sims download page, you can use any sort of CC for your versions of these saves.
You NEED the Packs:

for these saves to work well for you. Since all these packs have worlds where each character lives...but VAMPIRES is self explanatory.

Worlds:
Willow Creek is Forks.
Oasis Springs is the U.S. South, Egypt, and Arizona (I didn't have Strangerville plus there is no North African world in the Sims 4)
San Myushno is Seattle.
Selvadorada is the Amazon region/Patanals (the Amazon coven); could also be where Nauel and Pire live, I forget whether it's here or Sulani.
Sulani is a Polynesian region, so Jacob's sister and her husband live there. Also where Isle Esme is.
Windenburg's northwest region is where the Denali live.
MWS
Tartosa is Volterra.
Non-MWS
Forgotten Hollow is Volterra.
