Regarding the recent change to being able to use hoverboards at lvl 3

The UI doesn't display the mount option when I learn how to use a hoverboard at level 3. I had to disable Forge_ActionBars, set a hoverboard in the default UI and then enable Forge_ActionBars again.

/reloadui fixes it. It's a bug and will be fixed in v0.5
