With v0.5-beta1, the infobar reset to its default position and cannot be selected or dragged (nothing happens when I click it) when it is unlocked. Thinking it might be because the objective tracker covers it up, I got an addon to move the objective tracker away from it, but it still won't move.

I also noticed it has its own UI group called Misc
