It looks like the current sprites for IA on nameplates don't scale down so they're only partially showed. I manually edited my local copy and set

"CRB_Tradeskills:sprSchemLockMarkExpandable" for infinite IA

"CRB_ActionBarFrameSprites:sprResourceBar_InterruptCircleOrange" for normal IA
