Make EditBox highlight more visible

Currently is very hard to see, and even changing the color to RGBA=(1,1,1,1) / alphaMode="BLEND" doesn't seem to help much.

The problem was that the background of the highlight was on the wrong layer ("ARTWORK" instead of "BACKGROUND"), so the highlight texture wasn't showing through (or something like that).
