Group assignment
You can assign players in your roster to individual raid groups, so you can swap them during the raid quickly with one click. If you don't care about the assignment of certain people, you can leave them in the unassigned column.
Invite by codeword
People can invite themselves to the raid by whispering the raidleader or assistant a specific codeword. The possible codewords and restrictions can be set up here.
Roster overview
Shows people in the roster plus raid members, along with their status ("Ready"=In raid+In roster, "Extra"=In raid+NOT in roster etc.)

You can have multiple roster lists and switch between them, as well as sync them between raid and guild members
