Utility commands (available via /su and /SociallyUndead)
* `check <ITEM_ID>` displays the count of an item in players inventory
* `onyneck` `onycloak` `water` and `sand` are also valid inputs for ITEM_ID

Officer commands
* `addons` - Shows which players in raid have required addons installed
* `durability` - Shows durability for players in raid
* `ready` - Pre-Raid attendance check
* `buffs` - Shows all buffs in raid (WIP)
