Minor suggestion -- very low priority as the addon looks great as it is:

If the user has ElvUI active, display clean/simple mode in a style that matches ElvUI. (Possibly create a checkbox somewhere making it possible to turn this off).

I can look into it but I'm not entirely sure how ElvUI skinning works. If the opportunity arises after we get more config settings available, then I'll see if I can add something like that, but no promises.

Slowing things down a bit at the moment since the addon seems to be in a stable state and I don't have to rush to fix bugs that much anymore, but I am looking at this now. Here's a sneak peak. No ETA as of now.

I don't think I'll add it to simple mode as of now but this would be something the player can choose to have rather than the old UI in the settings (which I'm also looking to add).

Looks good so far; looks like you're making separate tabs for everybody for the default UI in the ElvUI default mode? Interesting idea. Looking forward to seeing how that pans out.

I figure the little individual windows can have much the same layout as they do now, just with the ElvUI style.

Addon's still working well for me, and I'm glad it's matured so nicely and so quickly.
