Playing the "Light's Gambit" not possible with activated VehicleBar

Description

When you enter the mini game in one of the World Quests the VehicleBar pops up with no skills and disables the regular Actionbar so you can't check the Skills you get for playing the mini game. Light's Gambit World Quests

I don't see this World Quest available to me.. Once I get it, I'll test this.
