when u break a large waterwheel u crash (no ram)

2.break a large waterwheel
3.run out of ram?

Did you try to do that without all of these mods? It's likely that it's not Create's fault, pretty much everyone can break water wheels without crash. I would at least attempt to uninstall the Physics Mod because it may try to create particles when breaking the block?
Try disabling them one by one until you find the culprit, and you're encouraged to post your solution here so you can help people with the same issue! 😃
works without these yes but like 90+ mods i dont have the time to disable them so i guess i gotta live with it?
If you don't have time, why would the Create team do it for you in their own time? It seems that the bug isn't even caused by Create from what you're saying...

Additional Context
singleplayer flat world
Go to your physics mod settings and disable the follow settings.
General > Dropped Item Physics > OFF
Blocks > Block Physics > OFF
Dynamic Block > Dynamic Block Physics > OFF
Can confirm it's to do with the physics plugin, you can fix it by disabling block physics for the large water wheel:
Physics Options -> Blocks -> Customize -> Find create:large_water_wheel -> Physics Type: Off
