Description
When i place a fettish (in this case a scarecrow) i was able to add my taglock and changed the settings on it with a boline, however when the server restarted it didnt save that i added my taglock so i was killed by my own sentinel fettish. I tried on other ones as well and all of them always loose saved names/taglocks on a restart.

Steps to Reproduce
The more detailed is provided, the easier will be to reproduce and analyze the issue, thus more chances to solve it

1. place a fettish on a multiplayer server
2. add a taglock to it
3. restart the server
4. check the fettish again and see the saved names are gone
