Battle For Supremacy
The long awaited sequel to Ultra Battlegrounds: Teeto-tal Carnage, this modpack aims to bring a streamlined UHC / PVP experience in a higher tech setting, with more opportunities for progression and dominance, and the possibility of viability for longer-term PVP engagements. Wage skirmishes, or a cold war, in a bombed out hellscape pelted by space rocks. Fight for resources or loot raid and ambush your foes. Firearms, and high technology reign in this new dark world.
The Heights Of Convenience!
Back again are all the handy Admin items for allocating teams, setting up play rules, and starting the game, from the original, with some cuts and streamlining. A handy guidebook to the pack describing its nature and features.
Loot'n Shootin' Rootin' Tootin'
The cities and wilderness of this dying world hold the wealth of those who came before. Arm up with loot from inside the cities. Raid encampments and military installations for gear and wealth. Find beacons that signal orbital supply drops from an unknown benefactor. Meteors rich in resources periodically pelt the landscape surrounding worldspawn, rewarding the brave and battle-ready with a wealth of resources. Ore clusters are scattered about the surface, tempting those with the strength to defend them with potentially limitless wealth. Roving bandits, strange alien creatures, the walking dead, and military from the time before whatever apocalypse left this world in the state it is, linger, endangering those who would try to get a foothold in this deadly world.
Variety Is The Spice Of Death!
Play a quick UHC match focused on looting the bombed out apocalyptic hellscape, or settle in for an arms race, advancing through technology to build truly fearsome weapons and armors. An attempt was made to support a variety of styles of play. You just need to supply your own opponents. Or, don't, and enjoy the pack as a exploration and looting focused based PVE lightweight tech modpack. The only limit is yourself.
If you think the structural concept of this pack sounds neat, but are not as interested in all the tech and gadgetry, consider having a look at its prequel, linked above, or, the stripped down ultra-lightweight incarnation of Ultra Battlegrounds, meant for use as a template for you to customize your experience: Ultra Battlegrounds: Light Edition
