Describe the issue:
I'm not 100% sure this is an ArmorPlus issue. Upon entering the main end island and walking around for a few moments, the server suddenly crashed with the given error. When restarted, other players can play fine and even enter the end. However, the server will crash when the original player attempts to rejoin.

Thanks for your issue report, unfortunately will not be able to investigate the issue until after August 3rd, but from a quick skim through the error code seems like an arrow is malfunctioning or has a conflict with Origin Classes.

We have(/had, we deleted the end save files, that fixed it) the same issue, my log attached.
We are also using AQM3.
For us it was a player using the "Ender Dragon Arrow".

After some tweaks and further tests, couldn't reproduce the issue with the new dev version.
