Welcome to Infernal RPG!
This modpack is heavily inspired around RPG game mechanics, adding 11 new custom Origins, built with the idea of DPS, Tanks, and Healers, that can also upgrade, when killing the Ender Dragon, into more powerful variants!
Infernal RPG was made with the idea of pushing difficulty and skill to another level, being way more challenging than your average vanilla play-through. A lot of mods included in this modpack are difficult, and have even been buffed to offer more of a challenge.
This modpack is for Forge 1.16.5

Important Keybinds:
- Origin ability keybinds (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, etc.)
Recommended:
- Try to allocate around 8gb of RAM for the modpack, if you can.
- Download and add Opti-Fine to your modpack. (Latest 1.16.5)
Tips:
- Fishing is a great source for experience, as all enchanted books can be used on a grindstone for massive exp gain.
- Always check your skills tab in your inventory at the top right.
- You can reforge items at a blacksmithing table, if you want to change your item's modifier. (This does not work for Trinkets/Baubles)
- You can craft a sleeping bag to sleep without setting your spawn, and a hammock to make day time go to night.
- Having a crafting table in your inventory will allow you to craft as if it were placed down, by clicking the new grid button in your inventory.
- Holding shift on any enchanted book will give you additional information on what that enchantment does.
- You do not need an arrow in your inventory if you have infinity on your bow.
- Infinity can be put on a water bucket.
- You can trash items from your inventory if you have a lava bucket.
- Shields can block as normal, but also have passive damage reduction. (You MUST right click with your shield, when equipped, for your passive damage reduction to activate)
- You can mine and pick up waystones. You can also set them to be global, allowing your friends to teleport to them without activating it themselves.
- You can switch your Origin by crafting a nether star in any open crafting grid, creating an Orb of Origin. (This will only allow you to choose a beginning origin, not upgraded)
- Crafting a pickaxe, shovel, and axe together will make a paxel of that material. (Only up to Netherite)
- Falling into the void will not kill you, it instead will teleport you to the top of the world.
- You can take enchantments off any item at a disenchanting table for experience.
- Hovering over any edible food will show you how much hunger and saturation you will receive from eating it.
- Entering any dimension will force your game into Expert Mode, and killing the Ender Dragon will put you in Master Mode. This will increase the difficulty of your game, but also give you more loot and EXP.
- You can rarely find items frozen in ice from any cold biome.
- Goblin traders are friends.
- Crafting different ships can offer additional boat inventory space and speed.
- You cannot hurt anything that you've tamed. (Mostly)
- Wearing a pirate hat next to another player wearing a bandana will buff their attack and attack speed.
- Standing next to a campfire will give you regeneration 1 for 1 minute.
Things that are disabled:
- Myrmex and Myrmex Caves
- Sea Sirens (You can still get shiny scales from hippocampus)
- Ghost Cemeteries from Ice and Fire
- Gorgons and Gorgon Temples
- Vorpal Enchant
- Pilfering Enchant
Known bugs:
- Mobs that can transform into another mob will have 2 levels showing, the original level and the new level. The one on the right is their actual level, the left is a visual bug.
- Fishing rods being cast while reeling in at the same time will spawn a second bobber. (Switch off fishing rod to fix)
- Wind Archer and Wind Elemental's tertiary ability have a chance to cause a temporary FPS drop, during button press, the higher in the air you are. (Don't know why, but it's not too terrible)
- When putting a dragon into a dragon horn, placing it down, putting it back in, and repeating, it will constantly add new levels to the end of it's name, making it extremely long. (This is just a visual bug - Also affects villagers)
- Blood diamonds are sometimes unharvestable. (Mine the block below the skull to force it to work)
- Inventory quick crafting table only works with the vanilla crafting table.
- Adding enchants to items with long names, through an anvil, will cause the name to be cut off and the text color will revert to light blue.
- There will always be one slight lag spike within a few minutes after opening a world while playing on the Curse Forge launcher.
- Putting magic edge on a dagger will no longer allow it to do backstab damage.
- Some items do not apply their effects in your off-hand. (Example: Obsidian Shield reduced movement speed)
