Steps to reproduce (versions used noted below)

1. Enable Rubidium.
2. Enable other mods (confirmed mods to cause the issue described below).
3. Enter a new world.
4. Place light emiting blocks to easily visualize the problem (see screenshots below).
5. White "anti-aliasing" artifacts appears.
6. Disable Rubidium and the visual glitches does not appear anymore.

Other remarks

This artifacting seems to happen with multiple mods. I have tried the "binary method" to try to isolate the culprit, but it seems the common denominator is Rubidium.
