What happened?

I'm really not sure how to report this as there are no crash logs, but whenever I switch to combat mode, I can't attack. It's not that the animations just don't play, as I've tested this against targets. Skills that rely on input such as pain anticipation activate when I click, but still, nothing happens. I have fixed this issue in the past by installing performance mods, however it has now stopped working, despite FPS and TPS being at completely normal levels (TPS having issues was most likely what caused it before). I really don't know what to do about this, and I'm not sure what information I could give to help understand what the problem is, but for now, here's the list of mods I'm currently using, in case you know of any incompatibilities or causes:
