ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException after placing a few rails in Steampunk [LPS] Modpack

Describe the Bug
It looks like something is triggering an IndexOutOfBoundsException while placing tracks.
Reproduction Steps
- Start Steampunk [LPS] modpack
- Place Rails until your client crashes (Not tested on internal server)
Expected Result
Placing a rail should not Crash your client

Additional Context
More specifically, it seems to be an issue with removing the item from the player's inventory, as the array has a length of 65 and the out of bounds index is -1 as stated by the error message received on crash [The game crashed whilst unexpected error Error: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index -1 out of bounds for length 65]
I assume this might be an issue with Auto-refill from Inventory tweaks but i could be wrong
Sound physics remastered is calling non threadsafe code on other threads
Guess i am creating an issue on their end then?
Or is this already tracked on their end?
